I spent 3 nights here and liked that. I had an excellent experience here, everything was excellent, the location was stunning adjacent to the old town center in a beautiful street with many restaurants around, and the centre of Innsbruck. The staff was accommodating and very pleasant, offered excellent services.

Would have been helpful to know about renovation when booking. Due to certain circumstances we could only arrive after 22.00h and were already looking forward to a late dinner in the hotel restaurant. We were disappointed was great when we learned that the restaurant is closed due to the renovation work. The reception. consisted solely of a functioning card terminal.

The friendliness of the ladies at the reception was super. Help was quickly provided and also small tips were given. The room was also very nicely furnished and always clean. The situation is excellent. In the middle of Innsbruck with top connection.

I had a lovely time during my 1-day stay in Innsbruck. The check-in process was quick, and the staff was helpful and knew their stuff. My room was quite spacious and had a wonderful view of the mountains and Goldener Dachl. The modern decor and comfortable bed were nice touches. The hotel's central location in the heart of the city was very convenient.
